WotLK Classic First Aid Leveling Guide 1-450

This WotLK Classic First Aid leveling guide will show you the fastest way how to get your First Aid skill up from 1 to 450 in Wrath of the Lich King Classic.

First Aid Trainers

You no longer need to learn First Aid from books, and you don't have to complete the Artisan First Aid quest. The trainers have finally done their reading and can teach you the same thing.

Leveling First Aid

1 - 75

Journeyman First Aid

Visit your trainer and learn Journeyman First Aid.

75 - 150

Expert First Aid

Learn Expert First Aid from your trainer.

150 - 210

Artisan First Aid

Learn Artisan First Aid from your trainer. (Requires level 35)

210 - 300

Master First Aid

Visit the Master First Aid trainer at Outland, or if your level is high enough, you can already visit the trainers at Northrend, they teach both Master and Grand Master First Aid. (scroll down for trainer location)

  • Horde: Aresella in Hellfire Peninsula at Falcon Watch. /way #100 26.2 62.0
  • Alliance: Burko in Hellfire Peninsula at the Temple of Telhamat. /way #100 22.4 39.2

300 - 360

Grand Master First Aid

You can learn the new WotLK Classic First Aid skill from the Grand Master First Aid trainers at Northrend.

Both factions can learn it from Olisarra the Kind at Dalaran.
